FAQ

Q: Who is this for?

VSC is perfect for those who:

  • Feel social anxiety at spas or wellness spaces
  • Are new to skincare or just “late to the game”
  • Travel frequently or live abroad and need adaptable guidance
  • Want expert advice without spending hours researching products
  • Value calm, clarity, and a judgment-free experience
  • Want professional guidance but can't commit to in-preson memberships, packages, and appointments ( due to frequent travel, panic attacks, or inconsistent schedules)

Q: Why 3 months and not 30 days?

Real transformation takes time. Your products ship (1-2 weeks), your skin adjusts (2-3 weeks), then you need 4-8 weeks of consistent use to see visible results. 30 days isn't enough.

Plus, 3 months builds real ritual. You stop thinking about the routine and just do it. That consistency is where real change happens.

Q: Do the products ship from Korea?

Some do but I handle all ordering. You don't manage international shipping. I coordinate everything so products arrive together or I explain any delays clearly.

I also use US-based brands (KrX, Corthe, Dermathod, Apoterra, etc) when faster shipping matters.

Q: I have social anxiety. Will the check-ins stress me out?

No. Check-ins are designed around YOUR comfort. We can do:

  • Asynchronous (you send progress photos, I send voice feedback)
  • Quick video calls (15-20 minutes, camera on or off, your choice)
  • Voice calls (phone calls, no video)
  • Email updates (if that's most comfortable)

You control the format. The point is support, not stress.

Q: What if something doesn't work for my skin?

You get one complimentary product swap per package. Try it consistently for 3-4 weeks (skin needs adjustment time), then if something isn't working, let me know and we swap it.

Simple as that.

Q: I've never done skincare seriously. Will I mess this up?

No. That's literally what I'm here for. I give step-by-step instructions. I check in regularly. I adjust if something isn't working.

Most of my clients are beginners. You don't need prior skincare knowledge—just willingness to try for 3 months.

Q: What if I need professional treatment?

Great. Tell me. I'll advise on timing so treatments + your routine work together. I'll support that. You'll have access to your files to share with your in-person professional.

Your skin wins when you have expert support from multiple angles.

Q: What if my climate changes during the 3 months?

That's normal. For Homebody clients, we adjust your routine during check-ins.

For Flight Mode clients, I provide climate guidance proactively. You're never guessing.

Q: What about refunds?

No refunds after products are ordered (Korea shipping is non-refundable + curation is personalized work).

You can request refund within 48 hours of payment minus $100 processing fee.

Q: Can I continue after 3 months?

Absolutely. You can: get VSC Maintenance ($150/quarter for ongoing support),or VSC Refresh ($500/quarter for continued white-glove service), repurchase products, or stay connected to the community.

You're part of the VSC family forever.

Q: Why this pricing?

You're investing in: 12+ years of expertise (massage + formulation + esthetics), curated premium products ($400-800 value), 10+ hours of personalized guidance, completion gift card, white-glove service, and exclusive access (only 5 clients/month).

Professional facials cost $100-300+ each. Dermatologist visits cost $200-500 for 15 minutes. VSC is more comprehensive and less expensive than either.

Q: How is this different from other virtual estheticians?

Most virtual estheticians sell skincare. I build rituals.

Most recommend products. I understand massage therapy + herbalism + clinical esthetics, so I think about your whole self.

Most are generalists. I'm specifically focused on introvert energy and comfort-centered skincare.

Most compete with in-person providers. I collaborate with them.

Most skip their own skincare journey. I share mine transparently.
